We can make the world better if NISSAN has to respect the UN Global Compact or YOU take away the use of your logo from their website and are more selective on who uses it.  People that buy cars that care about humanity see your logo and they think the company is "clean."  You must have accountability to ensure your logo is not abused for marketing purposes.

Since I have traveled all over the world and worked with people exposing corruption I know what it looks like and how to document it.  Having numerous examples of violations against your compact I would hope that we can work together to expose a bad element of society, thus making the world healthy.

What I'd like to do is send you proof that Nissan discriminated.  Also I can bring witnesses/victims to a hearing about the NISSAN humanitarian atrocities   In America there are people like me who have been bullied, harassed and suffered excessive abuse in the corrupt courts. 

I've spoken to people that are still traumatized by suicides that occurred due to the hostile work environment at NISSAN.  I learned that at Renault the other company Carlo Ghosn leads the problems are severe and they too had a problem with suicides.  It's rumored that at least one was a murder and the French authorities did not investigate due to Ghosn's relationship with the Sarkozy regime. The people in America are scared to report issues therefore the UN intervention could be their only hope for Justice.

Ms. Househam: I'm certain I can prove that NISSAN executives participated in global corruption. They wasted American taxpayer money and in France they wasted Euros.  NISSAN also wasted money from the country of Portugal.  I've been told that the company is associated with yakuza in Japan and the in Moscow people connected to the Russian mafia has assisted Carlos Ghosn.  Renault/NISSAN has  just acquired a large state in AvtoVaz the Russian carmaker and since my goal is like your "Respect for ALL People" by exposing this society can change.   

I'm going to communicate to members of the American congress that it's important for America to work with the United Nations in reference to policing multi national companies. if your Compact could be regulated then foreign companies would have to be accountable to humanity and that again is a "win" for society.   

Whistleblowers ALL over the world can be "safer" if we work together and succeed.

Thank you for your message.  In order to safeguard the integrity and good efforts of the UN, its Global Compact, participants and stakeholders, we have  a set of integrity measures in place.  The focus of the integrity measures is not on providing a remedy for alleged specific instances of corporate social or environmental abuse.  The UN Global Compact lacks the mandate and resources for such an undertaking.  Rather, the Global Compact Office's limited resources are concentrated on fostering effective learning, dialogue and partnerships as are complementary contribution to, not a substitute for, other approaches aimed at enhancing business' contribution to sustainable development and other UN goals.  It is important to recall that participation in the Global Compact is not a certification that a company has achieved a certain level of environmental, social or governance performance.

Only matters related to a company's conduct and implementation of the Global Compact's principles should be raised under the Integrity Measures.  Since the Global Compact is a learning initiative that emphasizes continuous improvement, matters raised should rise to the level of systematic or egregious abuse of the Global Compact's principles.  They should be sufficiently serious as to call into question whether the company concerned is truly committed to learning and improving.
